What we do not collect
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party embeds. All assets on this site, including fonts, are served from our own hosting — your visit does not trigger requests to any third-party service. There are no forms on the site, and we do not build visitor profiles. If you simply browse this site, we collect no personal data beyond the technical server logs described below.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a service provided by Google. Like virtually all web servers, the hosting infrastructure automatically records technical request data, including your IP address, the time of the request, the requested resource, and browser metadata. We do not use this data to identify visitors.
- Purpose: operating the website securely and reliably, and preventing abuse.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a functioning, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: log data is retained for the standard retention period applied by the hosting provider and is not stored separately by us.
- Processor and transfers: Google acts as our data processor. Google may process log data on servers outside the EU/EEA; such transfers are safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Contacting us by email
When you contact us at solutions@amvinnovative.com — for example to inquire about our pilot program — we process the personal data you provide: your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message.
- Purpose: responding to your inquiry and communicating with you about our products and pilot program.
- Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for pilot and sales inquiries; otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: we keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and any follow-up, after which it is deleted unless a legal obligation (such as accounting legislation) requires longer retention.
- Processor and transfers: email is handled by Proton AG (Proton Mail), based in Switzerland, acting as our data processor. The European Commission has recognized Switzerland as providing an adequate level of data protection, so no additional transfer safeguards are required (Art. 45 GDPR).
We never sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data rectified, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability where applicable. To exercise these rights, email us at solutions@amvinnovative.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Finland, this is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or our products evolve — for example, when our products launch and involve additional data processing, they will be covered by their own, more detailed privacy documentation. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
